The Clemson Tigers came away with a hard-fought home win as they outlasted the No. 20 North Carolina Tar Heels, 31-20. Will Shipley had a huge game for the Tigers, carrying the ball 18 times for 126 yards and a score while catching 2 passes for 53 yards. Cade Klubnik was efficient, completing 21-32 passes for 263 total yards with a rushing score and a passing score in the win. Drake Maye threw for 209 yards on 16-32 passes with a touchdown pass in the loss.
