The Citadel vs. Clemson: The Tigers defeated The Citadel 80-69 in the season opener. Clemson trailed 26-22 with 8:01 left in the first half and the Tigers ended the half on a 23-5 run to take control of the game. Chase Hunter was the leading scorer with 23 points, and he led his team with seven assists as well. Ian Schieffelin scored 20 points off of the bench for Clemson. Hunter Tyson added 19 points and 13 assists.
