One of the most significant moves for the Cal Golden Bears this offseason was the addition of former Syracuse player Chris Bell, who joined Mark Madsen's club via the transfer portal. Speaking at the 2025-26 ACC Tipoff event, Madsen talked about what Bell brings to the team on top of his excellent shooting ability and described how the newcomer had a dunk in practice recently that got one heck of a reaction.
