If you can figure out ACC basketball this season let me know. Maybe our ACC bloggers have some answers. Let’s see…

The Miami Hurricanes are going to host the Duke Blue Devils this Wednesday. Top 5 Duke needs a win to keep pace with Miami in the ACC race. What? Seriously? The Hurricanes are leading the ACC at 4-0 and they are a very solid team with tremendous guard play. I’ve read that less than 100 tickets remain for the game. It should be a great environment.

Miami blog StatoftheU is pumped about the game, as they should be, calling it not just a game but an event. I can see the Canes winning and I wouldn’t think anything less of Duke.

Are the Tar Heels starting to turn the corner after two straight ACC wins? TarHeelFanBlog said there are signs of improvement. I think so too.

Virginia blog StreakingtheLawn says the Hoos got  back on track after defeating Florida State Saturday. I tell you what don’t forget about Virginia when looking at the ACC. They have a great looking win at Wisconsin already.

Virginia Tech had a disastrous year on offense this season, so coaching changes were a must. They hired the OC from the one school that looked more disjointed on offense than the Hokies, Scott Loeffler of Auburn. On the surface this doesn’t look like a very good hire. GobblerCountry takes a look at the coaching change and says maybe it isn’t so bad.

I ran across this ACC Blog the other day. It’s called ACCFootballRx.blogspot.com. They analyze Maryland’s and the ACC’s on going ligation. It will be interesting to see how things turn out.

SoaringtoGlory tells Boston College anytime they want to win some close basketball games, feel free. Boston College is better, but they results aren’t always there. The problem is top to bottom the whole conference is improved. There isn’t a truly awful team in the league. With Syracuse and Pitt arriving, then Notre Dame and Lousiville soon after this league as basketball conference will be unreal very soon.
