ACC Operation Basketball is here for the 2015-16 season. It's the event where every team sends 2 players and a coach (if you're not amid a scandal) and everyone is hopeful for a national championship. Every team will be playing up-tempo and likes [Player X] to be a big contributor right away based upon team scrimmages.
