The Duke/UNC rivalry lived up to the hype on Thursday night. With about 15 minutes left in the half, the Blue Devils seemed to be in control. Duke had a nice flow to their offense and UNC simply could score enough to stay in it. Roy Williams then started to change his defenses from a 2-3 zone to a 1-3-1 and back to man. Over the next 9 minutes, the Blue Devils offense totaled two free throws. Combine the step up in defense from UNC with what appeared to be tired legs for Duke and the Heels came away with a 74-66 win.
