2014 ACC Football Spring Practice and Game Dates Set (Almost)

Spring. Hard to think about it since it seems like we're stuck in winter. But with Spring Training now underway, college football won't be too far off. Not in terms of actual games, obviously, but spring practices will be here before you know it.

In fact, according to ESPN, Duke's Spring practices started about three weeks ago for some odd reason. Their game is this Saturday before many teams will even start their practices. Seems a bit strange, but head coach David Cutcliffe said it had something to do with wanting to keep the momentum going. I'd argue that he's now created a bigger layoff in between Spring and Fall practices, but he's the one who made it to the ACC Championship game. He can pretty much do what he wants.

All of the ACC schools have announced the start of their Spring practices and their Spring game. All that is, except Pitt. The Panthers' will open practices on March 16th but a date for the game still hasn't been announced just yet. Here are the others, though, per ESPN:
