Game 3

UNC 08-09: 82
Duke 98-99: 80

UNC leads the series 2-1

Notes: Danny Green knew the double-team would come on Tyler Hansbrough in the final possession of the game and after a pass out to Ty Lawson, he knew the next pass would land in his hands.  Green hit a 3, his third of the game, this one just leaving his hand in time to win game three for the Heels.  Tyler Hansbrough led the Heels with 21 points and 6 rebounds on 5-7 shooting and 11-14 free throws.  Hansbrough was a force throughout the game, which led to Elton Brand's foul trouble and the double-team on the last play of the game.  William Avery led the Blue Devils with 13 points while for the second straight game Brand was a non-factor with 12 points in just 25 minutes of action.
