Last weekend Game Sim was pretty darn good in predicting the outcome of the ACC football games. With a Thursday night game on the schedule this week, I'm forced to get to work a day earlier than normal and give you Game Sim's predictions for the upcoming weekend.
Clemson at Wake Forest - Clemson goes to Winston-Salem and will beat Wake Forest 39-27 in a Thursday night shootout. Game Sim says there is less than a 17% chance that this one ends up a close game, so consider yourself warned. Sim Clemson at Wake Forest
NC State at UNC - Coming off a tough loss to Duke last week the Tar Heels host another Triangle rival, NC State. Game Sim doesn't think the Heels will suffer back-to-back losses though as it has UNC defeating NC State at home 36-30. UNC won 75% of the simulations and 36% of the simulations were considered "close". Sim NC State at UNC
Maryland at Boston College - This seems to be a fairly even matchup with 64% of the matchups considered a close game. Game Sim has Boston College defeating Maryland at home 21-19. Sim Maryland at Boston College
Duke at FSU -These sims went about how I expected it would. Can Duke win at FSU? Perhaps. Will they? Game Sim doesn't think so. Game Sim likes FSU to win at home 36-26 over Duke. The Blue Devils did win 20% of the sims and 36% of the sims were considered close, but the Noles by 10 seems right to me. Sim Duke at FSU
