The big news this week is the firing of Seth Greenberg at Virginia Tech. That means we have to check in with Hokie blogger GobblerCountry. Whether you agree with the firingor not GobblerCountry says the “how” the termination was done was inexcusable.

When your rivals at Virginia blog Streaking the Lawn are saying basically the same thing, you have to wonder if more things were bubbling under the surface than just wins and losses.

What other stories are out there being covered by our ACC Bloggers?

FromtheRumbleSeat has a writeup on Georgia Tech’s spring game. No Vad Lee has not been named the starting quarterback. It’s still Tevin Washington.

SouthernPigskin has a sneak preview of the ACC Athlon covers. Personally Athlon is my preview magazine of choice.

The Duke Blue Devils miss out on another high profile recruit. This time it Tony Parker who is head to UCLA. DukeSportsBlog assesses what Duke does next.   They also missed out Shabazz Muhammad who is going to UCLA too. The Bruins have been struggling recently missing the NCAAs 2 of the last 3 years and the Pac 12 was awful last year. Now they have arguably the country’s best recruiting class. Why is the movie BlueChips coming to mind? You kids out there look that movie up.

UNC Blog KeepingItHeel is high new football coach Larry Fedora and the excitement he’s bringing to Chapel Hill.
