Virginia Tech/Georgia Tech Box Score
Notes: Deron Washington hit a free throw with under a second remaining to lift the Hokies to a win over Georgia Tech 63-62.  Washington led the way for the Hokies with 21 pts and 6 rebs in his first game back from the league initiated suspenesion for kicking Duke's Lee Melchionni.  The Hokies win came despite missing their last 8 field goal attempts of the game, but only turned the ball over 9 times, compared to a 14 assists for the team.  Zabian Dowdell (15 pts), AD Vassallo (13 pts, 6 rebs), and Wynton Witherspoon (11 pts) all added double figures as well, as the Hokies played without Coleman Collins for the 2nd straight game.

Without Collins playing, Georgia Tech outrebounded the Hokies 39-26, led by 14 rebs for Jeremis Smith to go along with 12 pts.  RaSean Dickey continued his superb play of late going for 21 pts and 9 rebs.  Despite the rebounding advantage, the Yellow Jackets couldn't take care of the ball, surrendering the ball 17 times.

Miami/Wake Forest Box Score
Notes: Miami got 25 pts from Robert Hite and only turned the ball over 5 times against Wake in their win 78-69 on Tuesday night.  Hite led the way for the Hurricanes while his backcourt mates, Guillermo Diaz (18 pts, 5 asts) and Anthony Harris (16 pts, 5 asts) played well once again.  The Hurricanes made 12-22 from 3 point range led by 7-10 from Robert Hite, who has been on a roll lately.

Wake Forest was led by Justin Gray's 20 pts, while Eric Williams added 18 pts and 11 rebs.  Trent Strickland also added double figures with 14 pts, but the Miami guards were too much to handle as they combined for 59 pts, 11 asts, and only 3 turnovers.
