According to Evan Daniels of Scout.com, Daniel Green has committed to Wake Forest. The 6'9" big man committed after a weekend visit to the Winston-Salem campus. The Demon Deacon coaching staff had been making a big push for Green for the last few weeks.
The 2* recruit (on Scout) has been blowing up as of late after a strong summer and was receiving interest from some big name schools including Marquette and Cal. On the heels of the news that Desmond Hubert is close to committing, here's hoping that this is the start of some good momentum for Coach Bzdelik and his staff.
