The Duke Blue Devils have loaded up with a strong early nonconference schedule, that we already knew. And while we knew who Duke would be playing, we didn’t know the exact dates and times until now.

I’ll have a deeper look at the schedule later on this week (or weekend), but for now please check out our schedule page: http://www.dukehoopblog.com/basketball/schedule/ and take a look at the updated matchups.

Also, DukeBluePlanet.com has a nice downloadable and printable schedule up for you to put on your refrigerator, on your wall, or underneath your eyelids.

A Few Key Dates

12/1 vs. Michigan State in Cameron
This will likely pit #1 Duke vs. a Top 5 Michigan State team in Cameron during the ACC/Big 10(12) Challenge. Duke will be looking to avenge their first loss in the challenge last year to Wisconsin and keep alive a 79-game winning streak.

12/4 vs. Butler in Meadowlands The rematch of the title game should provide some excitement, but will likely not be as close as the title game played just 5 minutes from Butler’s campus. This one will feel more like a home game for Duke.

12/7 Bradley in Cameron If Duke is still undefeated at this point, Coach K will leave Cameron Indoor Stadium as the third winningest head coach in NCAA Men’s Basketball, surpassing Adolph Rupp in this 9:00 tip.

12/29 at UNCG (Greensboro Coliseum) If Duke is still undefeated at this point, Coach K will need a win to move past the venerable Dean Smith to become the second winningest head coach in NCAA Men’s Basketball. Tickets for this game can be found here.

2/13 at Miami Always great to see Coach K get a win on his birthday. He’ll get to celebrate this one in sunny Miami.

3/2 Clemson in Cameron Senior Night for Casey Peters, Nolan Smith, and Kyle Singler. Will there be more 17-0 t-shirts?
