According to the New York Post's Mike Vaccaro Boston College basketball coach Al Skinner is on St. John's list for its vacant head coaching position.
Skinner is a New York guy but he has a pretty comfortable situation here at BC. Despite the poor season this year I would be pretty surprised if he made a major move like this. Unless he actually goes to interview for the spot, which I'm sure would infuriate Defilippo, I would not take this speculation very seriously.
