The ACC will get six bids into the NCAA tournament with Virginia Tech being the only snub once again. The weak non-conference schedule and the loss to Miami came back to get the Hokies in the end.

- Duke: #1 Seed in South Region playing Opening Round Winner (Arkansas Pine-Bluff vs Winthrop) in Jacksonville, FL on Thursday
- FSU: #9 Seed in West Region playing Gonzaga in NY on Friday
- Georgia Tech: #10 Seed in Midwest Region playing Oklahoma St in Wisconsin on Friday
- Maryland: #4 Seed in West Region playing Houston in Washington on Friday
- Wake Forest: #9 Seed in Louisiana playing Texas on Thursday
