Notes

A snowed in quick edition of the power rankings leaves me scratching my head while putting together my list.  I still feel like Duke is the best team in the ACC simply because of their consistency over conference play.  Everyone in slots 2 through 8 could be interchanged though with a valid argument for each spot.  It will be interesting to see how the ACC's balance will affect the number of conference bids.  Further, if the league's bottom teams (BC, Miami, NC State) protect their homecourt or even worse steal some road games it will likely take a bid or two away as well.
