Jeff Goodman tells us that Iman Shumpert should return to game action on January 2nd against Charlotte.
Yellow Jackets coach Paul Hewitt told FOXSports.com that Shumpert will miss his sixth straight game following knee surgery – but has practiced the last three days and should return to the lineup on Jan. 2 at Charlotte.
``He’s looked good in practice,” Hewitt said. ``He said his knee feels good.”
Shumpert indicated his return was soon when he tweeted today "Getting back in game shape sucks!!!!"
