According to a tweet from Washington Post writer Patrick Stevens, Georgia Tech guard Iman Shumpert is out 3-6 weeks.

Shumpert's injury will have him missing Georgia Tech's first conference game on December 20th against FSU. Brian Oliver will start in Shumpert's place tonight against USC.
