- Duke - Duke easily stays in the top spot after winning the Preseason NIT. According to Nolan Smith on Twitter, the Blue Devils may get a pleasant surprise if Mason Plumlee returns to action on Wednesday versus Wisconsin.
- UNC
- Miami - Miami hasn't been challenged for much of the season and is one of 3 unbeaten ACC teams remaining.
- Clemson
- FSU - Take away the Florida loss, and FSU may be ranked 2nd in these power rankings. The problem is the loss at Florida exposed some big problems with the Noles in taking care of the ball.
- Georgia Tech
- Maryland - Back-to-back losses hurt in Maui, but the Terps are a better team than they showed.
- Virginia Tech
- Wake Forest - The loss to William & Mary surprises me and the cupcake carousel ends as Wake's next game is against Purdue.
- NC State - Let me know when NC State plays someone, until then being undefeated will at least get them ranked 10th.
- Virginia - I'm serious when I say I'm impressed with the change I see in this team since Tony Bennett has taken over. Unfortunately, there just isn't enough talent on the floor yet.
- Boston College - The Eagles really need Rakim Sanders and his dynamic scoring ability back.
