Wow.
Despite Roy Williams indicating that Marcus Ginyard is still having issues with the foot, the senior guard wants to be on the floor to try and help UNC win a national title this weekend. Ginyard said on Tuesday that he “could play now” and apparently wants to seize on the opportunity to win a title now even if it means forfeiting his eligibility next season. Roy indicated he did not agree with the decision but would abide by the player’s wishes.
