We're past due on some player updates, so let's play some catch up. If you have questions on any other players you're curious about, leave a comment.
Eddie Rios - Rios has been suspended indefinitely for the 2nd time this season. This time for "a lack of communication with coaches and violating team protocol." Rios missed the game on Saturday reportedly due to a stomach illness, although it's unclear how this ties into the claims of lack of communication. That said, don't be surprised to see Rios leaving that program soon...
But maybe lack of playing time is what ails Rios the most? According a source, he was so unhappy with his minutes, he was planning to transfer after the first suspension. He eventually worked things out with coach Frank Haith, and now this.
Zach Peacock - Similar to Rios, Peacock missed the game against Maryland due to being sick. Expect Peacock to play on Wednesday against Duke.
Marcus Ginyard - Ginyard has been shut down once again for 1-2 weeks according to Roy Williams. There has been some talk of Ginyard redshirting and returning for a fifth year. Such a decision would be extremely difficult for both Williams and Ginyard.
