Whatever adjective you can think of may not do justice to what NC State just accomplished in the ACC Tournament.
5 wins in 5 Days, and beat the top 3 finishers in the ACC standings – UNC, Duke, and Virginia to do it.

I remember watching NC State against a couple of really good teams BYU and Tennessee early in the year and get late into the second half with those teams before fading. I thought they have some pretty good individual pieces, and if they could ever become a cohesive unit there was enough talent to be dangerous.
Of course, by the time the ACC Tournament came around, I thought that the time for that had passed.
A tip of the cap to Kevin Keatts, DJ Burns, DJ Horne, and the rest of the NC State team and staff for proving just about everyone outside that locker room that wasn’t an NC State fan wrong.
What can they do in the NCAA tournament? Who knows, but that is a team that can go inside and out and is playing with a tremendous amount of confidence.
In one of the best ACC Tournaments we’ve ever seen, NC State just had a legendary run that would have made Jim Valvano proud.
