RALEIGH Last season, N.C. State won two of three games in three days during the ACC tournament and was able to pull off two wins within a three-day span during the NCAA tournament to advance to the Sweet 16 in its first appearance in six seasons.
While many believe this season’s team will make it into the NCAA tournament again, the players said the scenario presented Monday when the Wolfpack will play UNC Greensboro – its second game within three days – is useful as preparation for March.
