The ACC hasn’t won a College World Series Championship since 1955 when Wake Forest did the trick. They get another shot this season with 7 ACC teams making it into the NCAA baseball tournament field. What do the ACC bloggers have to say about this and anything else with the ACC?

Georgia Tech blog From the Rumble Seat pays tribute the Yellow Jackets ACC Baseball Champions. The Jackets were the first ACC team ever to win the tournament as an 8 seed.

Florida State is the nation’s number 3 overall seed, and Tomahawknation takes a look at their region.

ShakintheSouthland gives their thoughts on Clemson going to Columbia to play in the same region as arch rival South Carolina.  There is also an expansion discussion included. There is one thing I do agree with in the expansion write-up. I would be quite surprised if any major announcements are made in any direction before the results of the playoff format is clarified in late June. I just don’t think you want to be school responsible for destabilizing the entire meetings, but that’s just me.
