Wake Forest has officially added freshman Cornelius Hudson to the Wake Forest basketball roster. Hudson is the younger brother of 49ers Wide Receiver, Michael Crabtree. Hudson is a 6'6" small forward with a versatile skillset.
Hudson had been on campus since the beginning of the semester but hadn't yet been approved by the NCAA.
“This kid was here on his own dime until he was cleared,” Manning told the Dan Collins Winston-Salem Journal on Tuesday. “So he was willing to make that commitment to us as well.”

“We are glad to have Cornelius in the fold for this season,” Manning in a statement. “He is a versatile, all-around player who is capable of playing any one of the perimeter spots on the floor. He has great length and athleticism and will be a valuable addition to our program. Cornelius has a tremendous family and has had some great coaching under Coach Gregory at Timberview and Coach Reed at Mount Zion.”
