TJ Warren led NC State with 23 points in a win over Campbell however the steady play of Tyler Lewis was critical in the win and will become even more important as teams game plan to stop the sophomore forward.
Tyler Lewis had nine assists and one turnover while adding eight rebounds to the stat sheet. Lewis is not the flashy player that Anthony Barber can be however the sophomore point guard steadies the offense distributing the ball to players where they have a better chance of scoring.
Tyler Lewis does not have to be flashy to make an impact at impact on State’s team, but he does have to continue his play of taking care of the basketball while setting his teammates up to score. Lewis is not the engine of the offense that people thought Lorenzo Brown would be however Lewis may be more efficient in the end.
