Good news for Virginia & Georgia Tech fans, the ACC has rescheduled Thursday night's rain-out for Monday, March 3rd at 7 PM. Both teams have games scheduled on Saturday, March 1st, while Virginia follows the rescheduled game with another game on Wednesday and UVA plays on Thursday.
Dave Leitao knows that both teams will be inconvenienced, but it's a necessary evil...
“Obviously it’s unfortunate for both institutions,” Virginia’s Dave Leitao said. “It means we’ll probably be a little inconvenienced on that date, but at the same point in time you deal with what you have in front of you. This is the best possible scenario that would have us both play the game before the regular season ends.”
The game will be broadcasted on the ACC's Regional Sports Network, which likely means it will show up on the Fox Sports Network.
