It doesn’t get any better than beating your rival, and several ACC football teams are feeling pretty good. Let’s see what the ACC Bloggers have to say about that and anything else….

Robert Godhigh, Zach Laskey, Darren Waller, DeAndre Smelter

Georgia Tech blog FromtheRumbleSeat was overjoyed with the win over arch-rival Georgia. They grade out the Yellow Jackets performance. That high school offense just keeps working.

How does Clemson blog RubbingtheRock feel after the Tigers pounded their rival South Carolina. The 35-17 score wasn’t as close as the score indicated. Clemson with a healthy Deshaun Watson wins by 24-35 points. The Tigers completely manhandled the Gamecocks upfront.

Florida State savors a rivalry win over rival Florida says FSU blog Tomahawknation. One thing I was completely sure of at the end of that game. Florida was one of the worst coached teams I’ve seen this year.

Louisville blog CardinalSportsZone tells us that QB Kyle Bolin puts his stamp on the Governor’s Cup History in the Cards win over Kentucky. Let me just say what a great idea it was to move the Kentucky/Louisville game to the end of the season with the rest of the ACC/SEC games.

GobblerCountry, a Virginia Tech blog, has 5 takeaways from the Hokies win over their in-state rival Virginia. Virginia Tech’s offensive line played so well in this game. It was their best effort of the year. Good win for Beamer and the boys.

Quietly it was one of the most surprising results of rivalry week. NC State went to UNC and just clobbered the Tar Heels. BackingthePack called it a glorious day.

Check out ACCPerscription’s article on how the ACC did against the rest Power 5 conference, and Notre Dame this year. How the other conferences did against each other is there too.
