"First off, I would like to thank everyone who supported me through this rough journey.  I want to especially thank the man above for blessing me witht he tremendous talent that he has given me.  I want to thank every college program that gave an athletic scholarship to play football for them, but I'm proud to announce that I am happily committed to the University of Louisville."

He held offers from Syracuse, UAB, and Cincinnati.

Riley is a 5-foot-10 athlete from Tallahassee, Florida and he held offers from UCF and other schools like South Alabama, Kent State, USF, and more.  The offer from Louisville came back on June 24.

Miami also got in on the excitement this weekend, with a Miami, Florida prospect.
