The ACC went 6-1 on Monday evening with Miami's 14 point loss to Providence the only poor result on the night. The Hurricanes were coming off a 28 point loss to Eastern Kentucky and simply couldn't knock down a 3 point shot against Providence. The Canes ended up 5-27 from long range. In case you were wondering about Eastern Kentucky, they lost by 3 points to Florida Atlantic on Monday.
Wake Forest found out that Mitchell Wilbekin has been suspended 3 games by the NCAA due to an undisclosed NCAA violation. The Deacs didn't miss a beat though as they defeated Bucknell by 17.
The good news for the ACC is that the rest of the league won, and won rather easily. Check out the box scores below.
There are four games on the schedule for ACC teams tonight. The most interesting is Brian Gregory taking on his former team at Dayton. Dayton is ranked #68 in the NCAAGameSim.com rankings so it should be a tough game for the Yellow Jackets. NC State also will have a test as they host a decent Louisiana Tech team that gave Syracuse a tough game.
